STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Quote Validity All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is subject to change after the validity period expires.
2. Payment Terms Credit terms and credit limits are subject to approval. Orders without approved credit terms require payment in advance via wire transfer or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4.5% processing fee with a maximum transaction limit of $3,000. Applicable state and local taxes will be invoiced separately.
3. Lead Times All lead times are listed in working days After Receipt of Order (ARO) and are subject to prior sale and vendor availability. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
4. Freight & Shipping All freight charges are invoiced separately on an FOB/Ex-Works basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Green Marine & Industrial Equipment Co. is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs incurred during transit.
5. Tariffs & Surcharges Should any tariffs, duties, or surcharges be imposed on parts or shipments at any point between order confirmation and delivery, these costs will be incorporated into the freight charges for each impacted item. Customers will be notified of any such adjustments prior to invoicing.
6. International Shipments International orders must be handled by the customer's preferred licensed freight forwarder. Green Marine & Industrial Equipment Co. does not provide special export packaging unless previously arranged and confirmed in writing. Certifications (including but not limited to DNV, ABS, USCG, or country of origin documentation) are not included unless specifically requested and confirmed on the quotation.
7. Returns & Restocking All returns must be pre-approved in writing by Green Marine & Industrial Equipment Co. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the invoiced value or $200, whichever is greater. Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging.
8. Special Orders Special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Orders placed for non-stock, custom, or factory-direct items are final upon confirmation.
9. Order Cancellations Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval. Cancellations accepted prior to shipment may be subject to vendor restocking or cancellation fees, which will be passed through to the customer.
10. Limitation of Liability Green Marine & Industrial Equipment Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, product availability, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
